Talent Acquisition Specialist (German speaking)

We are seeking a confident, motivated, and driven Talent Executive to join our dynamic People Team based in Manchester. As we continue to grow at pace with exciting plans for the future, we need a talented individual to support us on this journey!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job advertisements, handling applications, conducting screening calls and interviews, through to making offers and onboarding new team members.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand team requirements and define what 'great talent' looks like for each department.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines and explore innovative candidate attraction methods.
  • Oversee and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Support the refinement and enhancement of recruitment and other people-focused processes.
  • Facilitate and manage pre-boarding and onboarding experiences to ensure a seamless start for all new employees.
  • Work alongside Function Heads and the Head of Talent & Development to assess and implement training requirements across the commercial teams.
  • Assist with a range of general HR/People responsibilities, such as developing processes, conducting exit interviews, and maintaining employee records.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve people practices and contribute to enhancing all key people metrics.
  • Be an active team player, fostering a positive work environment and supporting colleagues.

  • Fluency in German (B2 level or higher) – essential
